From a young age, I believed in the importance of human connection and the uniqueness of each individual's experiences of these connections. Understanding human behavior and helping others have been my passion. Through personal experience, I learned that life's most significant moments, like graduation, the first big job, marriage, becoming a parent, migration, or losing someone to death, are some cathartic moments in life that can shake us and sometimes break us to pieces. Yes, even the positive changes may activate shattering changes! I also learned through experience that those cathartic moments are opportune times to delve in and work through therapeutic help to rise stronger than ever.
I have dedicated my life to learning and growing to become the best version of myself while integrating my knowledge and skills in my professional life to enhance as many human lives and connections as possible.
